Anneke Pol

Anneke joined Bristows as an associate in November 2021 and is part of the commercial technology team. She works directly with clients’ commercial, legal and technical teams to ensure business priorities are reflected in robust, large contract documentation and that complex IT projects are carefully documented against client requirements.

Anneke’s experience ranges across procurement, software licensing, outsourcing projects, intellectual property commercialisation, and IT project contracting. Her practice extends across a range of industries including life sciences, technology, telecommunications and data security and management.

Anneke is a regular host of The Roadmap, Bristows’ technology law podcast, which deep-dives into the digital transformation trends that are re-shaping modern businesses. Anneke also commentates on the legal aspects of technological innovation, such as Generative AI, and was recently invited to deliver a talk at OpenUK’s “Open Technology for Sustainability”.
