She has particular expertise in developing markets, such as the Middle East and Africa.

Dhana also has extensive experience of advising operators and other leading TMT players on a “trusted adviser” basis on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including outsourcings, restructurings, M&A, dispute resolution, sector specific commercial arrangements, regulatory policy and compliance.
