With over 30 years’ experience in business and law, including at leading city/insurance law firms, Gary advises clients on a wide range of commercial, insurance, technology and data protection matters. He provides specialist advice on insurance distribution and administration arrangements, including delegated authority agreements, TOBAs, affinity partnership projects and appointed representatives, as well as on material outsourcings, IT projects (including insurtech arrangements), complex data protection structures and broker/renewal rights asset purchases. In addition, Gary has previously undertaken high-profile secondments at a number of large (re)insurers.
