Heather Culshaw

Heather is a partner in the finance division at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP. Heather advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a focus on acquisition and leveraged financings, in particular in the infrastructure sector, and fund level financings. Heather advises both lenders and borrowers including a range of private equity funds, infrastructure funds and corporate borrowers.
