Ahmed Rabie
Ahmed is an associate in BREMER’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures team. He advises international corporates and PE firms on corporate M&A and joint venture transactions including in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the larger MENA region. In addition to his M&A practice Ahmed advises on merger control matters. He works in English, Arabic and French languages.
