Anna specialises in employment law and advises domestic and international clients in relation to all aspects of the employment relationship and immigration issues. Anna’s work includes drafting employment contracts for senior executives, consultancy agreements, termination agreements, and reviewing and drafting employment policies and employee handbooks.
 
Anna advises HR and business managers in relation to grievances, dignity at work complaints and disciplinary processes. Anna supports employers with settlement negotiations and claims before the Workplace Relations Commission.
 
Anna has also advised in relation to transfer of undertakings and employment issues arising in commercial transactions.
