Ahmet Koçak's main areas of expertise are arbitration, construction law, and commercial law.
Koçak has experience in proceedings before international arbitration institutions such as ICC, SIAC, DIAC, LCIA, ISTAC, and ITOTAM. He took part in the drafting and negotiation of all kinds of engineering, supply, and construction contracts, especially FIDIC contracts. Koçak carries out the contract and claim management of international projects such as hospitals, bridges, highways, airports, ports, subways, substations, skyscrapers, power plants, etc. He has experience in all alternative dispute resolution methods such as amicable settlement, mediation, dispute resolution board, and arbitration.
