Joel Evans is a Trainee Solicitor in Mourant’s Litigation team based in Jersey.

He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Accredited Tribunal Secretary. 

Prior to joining Mourant, Joel worked at CEDR and the Beijing office of a leading Chinese law firm where he worked on various international arbitrations and cross-border disputes.
