Courtney Clelland

Courtney is a Managing Associate within the Restructuring team in Scotland. Courtney deals with all aspects of insolvency, turnaround and corporate restructuring. Courtney acts for and regularly provides advice to lenders, corporates and insolvency practitioners on pre pack administrations, trading administrations, security enforcement and litigation to recover debts and assets.
 
Courtney is heavily involved with the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation Network being Communications Chair and Co-Chair of both the Scotland and London Network.
