Mark Davison

Mark Davison is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation department of the firm's London office. Mark has significant experience in representing clients in international arbitration across multiple sectors including finance, telecommunications, construction, energy and shipping as well as across multiple jurisdictions spanning across Europe, the Middle East, India and South-East Asia. Mark has acted in arbitrations under the auspices of various centre rules including: LCIA; ICC; DIAC; DIFC-LCIA; and TOMAC and under various systems of law including, among others, English, UAE, Qatari, KSA and Japanese law.
