Brian Hallissey is a barrister practising in all areas of civil law, specialising mainly in personal injuries, commercial litigation, and employment law. He has a particular interest in civil practice and procedure and has written a number of articles and delivered CPD presentations on many aspects of civil practice. He has also advised on issues of developing law, including matters relating to the internet and has assisted the PDST (Professional Development Service for Teachers) with resources for teachers in Ireland.
