Graham is a member of Council of the Law Society of Ireland and is the principle of Graham Kenny Solicitors. Graham is also qualified as an attorney in New York and as a solicitor in England & Wales. Graham was appointed by the President of the Law Society to its Litigation and ADR Committees.
Graham acts as a solicitor advocate and regularly appears in the Superior Courts representing leading domestic and international companies in large scale commercial disputes. Graham has a particular expertise in restructuring and insolvency and has participated in most of the seminal cases in this area for over twenty-five years. Graham is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has broad experience in International Commercial Arbitration.
Graham is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and is also a director of Ireland’s largest housing charity, Tuath.
