John Darmody
John is a managing associate in Addleshaw Goddard’s corporate and commercial team in the Dublin office. He is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer whose specialist areas include corporate establishment in Ireland, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investments, and commercial contracts.
John advises a diverse range of organisations across multiple sectors and is experienced in advising a variety of stakeholders including companies, company founders, company officers, investors, investees, buyers, sellers, suppliers and customers.
