Owen Keogh
Owen Keogh advises a range of commercial and private clients engaged in Litigation including Commercial Litigation, Construction disputes, Defamation actions, Professional Negligence claims and Asset/Debt Recovery. He also acts on behalf of clients in Employment matters and Property disputes.
While practicing in contentious cases primarily before the High Court, he also regularly acts for clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures, such as Mediation, Arbitration and Adjudication.
