Laura is a Health and Safety Regulatory Senior Associate based in London. She is an experienced criminal litigator who regularly advises large international companies across sectors in relation to both regulatory prosecutions and compliance in relation to fire safety, building safety and health and safety. Laura’s experience includes high profile cases involving serious injuries, fatalities and corporate manslaughter investigations on major infrastructure projects and includes advising Joint Ventures. Laura’s experience includes advising on emergency incident response, attending scenes of a serious or fatal incidents, attending police interviews where necessary, advising on internal investigations and managing communication across multiple parties. Laura has advised in relation to public statements when there is significant actual or potential media interest in an incident on a high profile project.

Laura currently represents and advises mainly very large companies and her background includes advising both large and small businesses across a variety of sectors including construction, care homes, hospitality and manufacturing. She is an experienced criminal litigator, Magistrates' Court advocate and public speaker.

Laura has a particular specialism in fire safety and has been a regular contributor to the industry in a monthly feature in Fire Risk Management Magazine and through delivery of fire safety and building safety presentations in various forums. Laura regularly delivers presentations for clients and industry associations.
