Alan Philip Brady

Alan Philip Brady B.L is a Barrister, CEDR Accredited Mediator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He practices from the Law Library, Dublin and has also been called to the Bar of Northern Ireland. Alan is a member of the Bar of Ireland's Arbitration and ADR Committee and also a member of the Construction Bar Association's Executive Committee. He has appeared as Counsel in several leading construction adjudication cases heard by the assigned Adjudication Judge including Aakon Construction Services Limited v Pure Fitout Associated Limited [2021] IEHC 562 and John Paul Construction Limited v Tipperary Co-Operative Creamery Limited [2022] IEHC 3.
