Natalie Truman

I am an Associate Solicitor in the Group Actions and Product Liability Department at Irwin Mitchell. I have particular experience of group litigation on behalf of claimants including cases involving defective medical and non medical products, medical negligence, environmental exposure cases, pharmaceutical claims and abuse claims.
 
I have been involved in some of the most high-profile group action cases, including:
  • The trans-vaginal mesh litigation
  • Sorin 3T heater/cooler cases
  • Anti-Malarial (Lariam - Mefloquine) group action against the Ministry of Defence
  • Various group actions against rogue surgeons/individuals Mr Irvine, Mr Paterson, Mr Arunkalaivanan, David Fuller
  • Teva Levothyroxine
  • Metal on Metal hip litigation
 
I also investigate singleton cases where there is an allegation of a defective product. I am currently involved in investigating the NexGen knee cases.
