Dave Holt

A partner in Potter Clarkson’s litigation and licensing team, Dave specialises in non-contentious intellectual property law, with historic experience in significant contentious patent matters. He specialises in the biotechnology, synthetic biology and cancer therapeutics sectors, with a major part of his practice focussing on novel therapeutics. Dave leads on IP Due Diligence services within Potter Clarkson as a core part of his practice, managing IP Due Diligence projects on behalf of investor clients, bringing together and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams of patent, design and trade mark experts.
