Mr Michael Kelly

Michael is a partner in the Commercial & Business team at Hayes solicitors LLP. He specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and insolvency and restructuring. Michael has acted for a wide variety of State bodies, financial institutions, and private entities in a variety of complex commercial disputes, enforcement and recovery actions and personal injuries litigation. These disputes are generally progressed through the High Court or Commercial Court. Michael has acted for liquidators, examiners, receivers and process advisors in complex insolvency and restructuring matters.
