Campbell is a Partner in Blackadders’ Corporate & Commercial team. 

Campbell has more than 25 years’ experience advising clients on M&A (buy and sell side), funding rounds (investors and companies), joint ventures and virtually every type of commercial contract. He is one of Scotland’s most experienced advisors on employee ownership.

Much of Campbell’s work has an international aspect, and he is a past chair of the Legus International network of law firms to which Blackadders belongs. He is also sought out for non-executive director and board advisory roles.
