Jade advises wide range of corporate transactions and general company law matters including, but not limited to, M&A work, commercial contracts, investment rounds and corporate restructurings. She brings a diverse range of legal experience, having worked across the Private Client, Conveyancing, and Commercial Property teams throughout her traineeship.
