Ruth McAllister

Ruth is a Senior Associate in McCann FitzGerald’s Project Services Group. Ruth is a discovery expert and has vast experience managing large-scale projects including e-discovery, data access requests, contract review, competition investigations, real estate and other work that involves streamlining processes and resources around data review, production and reporting.
 
Ruth’s role involves advising on discovery obligations, privilege, and strategy, overseeing and managing a dedicated project services team, and planning and co-ordinating work streams, priorities and resourcing of legal projects.
 
Ruth lectures on Discovery and Privilege for the Professional Practice Course at the Law Society of Ireland.
 
Ruth is a member of Women in e-Discovery, Dublin Chapter.
 
Ruth was also a member of EDRM’s GDPR committee which developed guidelines for complying with the GDPR in the context of cross-border discovery.
