Jack Larkin

Jack Larkin is an associate in the employment team at McCann FitzGerald LLP, Dublin. Admitted in January 2022, he advises Irish and multinational employers on contentious and advisory matters, with particular expertise in whistleblowing (including regulatory investigations and workplace investigations), TUPE transfers and industrial relations disputes. He has acted in multiple high‑profile whistleblowing cases in the pharma/life sciences sector and advised on the only recent contentious TUPE case before the High Court in Ireland.
