I specialise in all types of “non-standard” employment and engagement models, contingent workforce issues and providing international employment law advice. I also provide employment law advice to Japanese companies in the UK, in both English and Japanese.
 
I have more than 15 years' experience advising employers on all aspects of employment law, ranging from contracts of employment and handbooks, complex grievances, disciplinaries, discrimination, redundancies and reorganisations, sickness, TUPE, dismissals and litigation.
 
My clients come from a range sectors including technology, finance, manufacturing and the recruitment sector.
