Peter Johnston
I am a Dispute Resolution Partner. I act for domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of complex commercial disputes and contentious regulatory matters. My advice is consistently commercially grounded, with particular depth in financial services litigation, shareholder disputes and aviation/transportation insurance disputes.
I take the lead on large-scale regulatory inquiries, managing all associated legal workstreams, and bring substantial experience in expedited proceedings before the Commercial Court. I also advise professionals and their insurers on negligence claims spanning a range of disciplines, as well as partnerships navigating internal disputes.
