Joanne Bell

Joanne is a Legal Director and the Lead Knowledge Lawyer for the Employment, Pensions and Immigration Group (EPI) and the Business Advisory Group at DAC Beachcroft. 

 

Joanne has specialised in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. In the first part of her career Joanne was a senior solicitor with DAC Beachcroft, advising on a wide range of employment law issues and representing clients at the employment tribunal. Her current role includes supporting clients and the firm's employment lawyers on legal developments and their business impact, through thought leadership, horizon-scanning and insight sharing. Joanne is also responsible for the training and development programme for the lawyers in EPI.

 

Other than working for DAC Beachcroft, Joanne also worked for BPP Law School for three years, where she was a senior lecturer and Deputy Programme Leader of the Legal Practice Course.
