Brad Isaac

Brad is a Corporate Partner in Fieldfisher's London office and Head of the firm's Equity Capital Markets practice. Brad advises on a range of corporate finance transactions, including pre-IPO and secondary fundraisings, flotations, reverse takeovers, public company takeovers and tender offers as well as providing general corporate law and regulatory advice.
Brad advises brokers, sponsors, nominated advisers and private and listed companies, both domestic and international, primarily on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM. Brad's practice covers a number of different sectors including energy and natural resources, retail, real estate, technology, financial services and life sciences. Brad has acted for listed companies situated in various jurisdictions around the world, including the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, South America and Africa.
