Ning Fei

Mr. Ning Fei is a leading international arbitration practitioner with over 30 years of experience. He is the co-founder and managing partner of Hui Zhong Law Firm, the first and the leading international dispute resolution boutique based in China. Mr. Fei also serves as an arbitrator with esteemed Chinese and international arbitration institutions. Additionally, he currently serves as a member of the Arbitration Court of the Dubai International Arbitration Court (DIAC), Vice-Chair of the ICC Belt and Road Commission, and a Governing Board Member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). He previously served as a Council Member of HKIAC and currently sits on its Nomination Committee, becoming the first appointee from mainland China to hold these positions.
