Katherine advises developers and contractors on a wide range of construction projects. Katherine has experience throughout the life cycle of construction projects, primarily on non-contentious matters, from procurement advice through to negotiation of project documents.
Katherine has particular experience advising office developers and landlords, including central London office and mixed-use developments as well as experience in the life sciences and data centre sectors.

- Advising Derwent London on the sale of its 192,700 sq. ft interest in the Johnson Building, 77 Hatton Garden and 5-7 Cross Street EC1.
- Advising Derwent London on the mixed-use redevelopment of 19-35 Baker Street.
- Advising a major retailer on the fit out of their head office in Central London.
- Advising a sub-contractor on a major tunnel project in London.
- Advising a data centre operator on the construction and operation of its sites in England and Scotland
