Maria Ryan is a Senior Associate in the Finance and Capital Markets department in Matheson LLP. Maria advises a range of Irish and international clients on a wide variety of transaction types, including real estate finance, project finance, fund finance and corporate and acquisition finance. Maria was recently shortlisted in the Banking and Finance Rising Star category at the Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2026.
