Emily Mitchell

Emily Mitchell is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate Department in Matheson LLP. Emily has a wide range of experience in all areas of commercial real estate, specialising in particular in property financing work through advising both domestic and international lenders on all property aspects of real estate security from the taking of security through to enforcement. Emily also advises on general commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals of investment properties and commercial landlord and tenant work.
