Anne Kingsley

Anne is a solicitor specialising in public law with a particular emphasis matters related to local government. She is a former partner of regional firm asb-law (now Knights Plc) where she was a regulatory litigator. She conducted forensic investigations and public interest proceedings on behalf of a central government department, managed a debt recovery department with local authority clients, as well acting for professional office holders and private clients.  She was chair of governors at an inner-city primary school piloting strategic change to avoid special measures. She has obtained the National College of Leadership qualification for chairs of governors.
