David Leibowitz

David Leibowitz is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department at Mishcon de Reya. He is an insolvency litigation specialist. He acts primarily for and against administrators, liquidators, lenders, shareholders and creditors on domestic and cross border insolvency litigation cases. Recent cases include Kids Company, Maud v Aabar and MF Global v LCH. Recent Supreme Court and Court of Appeal cases include Eurosail, Digital Satellite, Game Station.

David is a CDR accredited mediator, a consultant to Oxford University Press and a member of the R3 Education Committee. David was recently appointed by the Ministry of Justice onto the Insolvency Rules Committee.
