Catherine Phillips
Catherine Phillips is a senior professional support lawyer at Gowling WLG. She is responsible for developing the Banking and Finance Team's technical knowledge and resources and provides the team with expert advice and support.
Catherine worked as a transactional lawyer in the Banking and Finance team for many years before taking up her role as a Professional Support lawyer. Her expertise includes leveraged finance, acquisition finance, securitisation transactions and asset finance plus good and bad book refinancing, restructuring and insolvency disposals.
