Michael Rainey is a partner in the Middle East & Islamic finance practice group of King & Spalding and is resident in the London office. He has significant experience of advising banks and borrowers in connection with their lending and investment activities in Europe and the Middle East on both a conventional and a Shari'ah-compliant basis.
