Malcolm Skinner

Malcolm specialises in Private Client work with particular emphasis on wills and probate. He also has experience of the contentious side of wills and trusts. He has been involved in the law since 1972, training and qualifying in private practice where he remained for all but the two years he spent qualifying as a teacher and gaining practical experience of lecturing to and teaching lawyers. He has been a partner in a number of provincial firms as well as in a niche City practice. His experience encompasses dealing with the basic elements of private client to advising High Net Worth clients. He also has experience of dealing with elderly client and mental capacity issues and acting for charitable and ecclesiastical organisations.
