Ms Kathy Stones
Kathy specialises in restructuring and cross-border insolvency. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and most recently worked for Weil and Freshfields. Kathy has experience of many large cross border restructuring cases, including Worldcom, Parmalat (notably the leading CJEU Eurofood case), Enron and Eurotunnel. She is also on the editorial board of the Corporate Rescue and Insolvency Journal.
