Richard Vallat , KC
Richard Vallat's practice encompasses all areas of revenue law including personal tax, corporate tax, VAT and other indirect taxes, stamp duty, stamp duty land tax and tax-related litigation including professional negligence. He is the Secretary to the Revenue Bar Association and a member of the Chancery Bar Association, London Common Law & Commercial Bar Association and Stamp Tax Practitioners Group.
Richard is a Contributor to the Halsbury's Laws title Stamp Taxes. He has also contributed to the Atkins Court Forms (Revenue) title, Simons Direct Tax Service and Tolley's Corporation Tax Self-Assessment.
