• Assisting Partners and associates with an investigation of a Chinese listed company and its directors by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in relation to a breach of the Listing Rules of Hong Kong
• Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited on its US$215 million Hong Kong IPO and global offering
• The financing and restructuring of a large investment company which was about to go into liquidation
• Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Ltd in connection with the acquisition of a majority interest in a mine in the PRC at a total consideration of RMB2.7 billion
• Draft and revise standard trade finance and invoice finance documentation (including application forms, agreements, insurance policies and security documents) for various well known banks in Hong Kong (involving 4 jurisdictions)
• Advise various banks and companies in resolving L/C and trade disputes using ICC's Documentary Credit Dispute Resolution Expertise (DOCDEX) as a means of amicable resolution without litigation
