Malti is a solicitor specialising in financial and business restructuring and insolvency. Malti qualified as a solicitor in 2005 with Baker McKenzie in their restructuring team before moving to the restructuring team at Taylor Wessing LLP. Malti has worked on cross-border and domestic financial and business restructuring cases acting for banks, funds, pension schemes, debtors and other interested parties. Malti spent a total of 15 months on secondment with a major clearing bank in its restructuring unit.
