Deniz Yetkin
Deniz Yetkin is an Associate in our firm’s corporate and M&A department where she assists the firm’s clients in complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and handles the daily corporate works for a number of clients across a variety of sectors.
Deniz received her LLB from Bilkent Unviersity in 2016 and her LLM from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in 2017. She then joined Hergüner where she completed her legal traineeship and became a member of the Istanbul Bar in 2018. Deniz recently co-authored “Establishing a Business in Turkey 2020” published by Thomson Reuters- Practical Law and “Doing Business in Turkey 2019” published by LexisNexis.
