Some notable matters include Hitachi’s acquisition of ABB Management Holding AG, PAG’s investment in the Edelweiss group, Google LLC’s alleged abuse of dominance case in online search and International Air Transport Association alleged abuse of dominance in air cargo payment settlement system.
