Karthika Annamalai

Karthika Annamalai is an associate with AZB. She is involved in advising domestic and international investors and promoters on joint ventures, shares sales and acquisitions, including advising on regulatory and compliance issues. She also regularly advises on procedures for regulatory approvals in India, registration and filing requirements, incorporation of companies and corporate compliance. Karthika has also worked on matters involving leading private sector banks and non banking financial companies in relation to debt funding to Indian borrowers. 

Through AZB & Partners, Karthika has assisted in advising ORIX Corporation of Japan, International Finance Corporation and Everstone Group.
