Nick McKnight

Neil is a solicitor and tax partner in the London office of Morgan Lewis. He has a broad practice, advising on a wide rage of corporate, real estate and banking and finance tax matters. His practices focuses primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and inward investment in to the United Kingdom and Europe, joint ventures and real estate investment. He also advises his clients on VAT and other indirect tax matters concerning the cross-border supply of goods and services. Neil is a Chartered Tax Advisor.
