Kate Richmond has an established civil practice with expertise in commercial and property work. Kate acts for a full range of clients including banks, insurers, utilities, finance companies, directors, shareholders, local authorities, and charities. Her practice includes advocacy, drafting and advisory work for real property matters, landlord and tenant, consumer credit cases and commercial disputes.
