Sam Russell

Sam is an associate at PCB-Byrne LLP. He focuses his practice on criminal litigation, particularly the investigation and defence of matters involving bribery, corruption, fraud and money laundering.

He has experience representing individuals and corporations in cases prosecuted by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and private prosecutors. He has also spent time on secondment in the litigation and investigations team at Airbus SE in Toulouse.
