Leigh Monteforte

Leigh is a Scottish qualified solicitor with significant experience in both private practice and in-house.
 
Leigh trained at Dundas & Wilson (now CMS) and spent around 14 years at CMS where she was a Senior Associate in the dispute resolution team, specialising in commercial litigation across a broad range of sectors. She has particular experience in commercial contract and shareholder disputes, fraud, insolvency and corporate petitions.
 
Prior to joining LexisNexis, Leigh was a Senior Lawyer in the Retail Banking litigation team of a major UK bank.

At LexisNexis, Leigh is responsible for the creation and maintenance of practical and insightful Scots law guidance for legal practitioners across key practice areas.
