I have advised many financial institutions, wealth managers, funds, firms and corporates across 18+ common and civil law jurisdictions, whilst working for law firms such as Baker & McKenzie, Allen & Overy and Aria Grace Law and as an external senior legal consultant at Standard Chartered Bank, RBS, HSBC, Citibank, UBS AM, Santander and Moody's Investors Services.
As I have evolved as professional I wanted to have a bigger impact through my work, and the work of my clients and co-funded ReGen Law LLP.
At ReGen Law our focus is on responsible investment, ESG, regeneration, regenlaw, stewardship and integration of these principles into our clients businesses. We also want to empower other women entrepreneurs, in particular lawyers.
We support clients in fund-raising, business building, growth strategy, transformation, transition into greener economies, due diligence, integration and change management.
We also collaborate with other sustainable impact investment networks, businesses and other like-minded professionals.
I am a British Council Scholar, Georgetown Law Masters graduate, dual qualified lawyer (solicitor, England & Wales, advokat, Slovakia).
I would love to hear from you if you are keen to start transitioning, learning, changing the way we all do business and treat this planet.
