Lily Martin
Lily qualified into the Real Estate Finance team at CMS in August 2020, having completed her training contract with the firm(seats spread across Real Estate Finance, Corporate, Planning and Real Estate).
Lily is based in the Sheffield office, working closely with the London and Dubai based teams with the majority of her work being shari’a compliant financings. Lily acts for both “Lender” and “Borrower” (or the sharia compliant equivalents) clients, for clients based both in the UK and internationally, though predominantly in the UAE.
