Michael Axe
Michael is a senior litigator with over 15 years’ experience in the field of commercial dispute resolution. In addition to general commercial, contractual and tortious disputes, Michael specialises in professional negligence claims, intellectual property disputes, and contentious tax matters, as well as director and shareholder disputes, insurance disputes and franchising disputes.
Michael also advises clients involved in international disputes and arbitrations, particularly in connection with cross-border contractual relationships, and international IPR protection and enforcement.
Michael has been recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, in particular for his work on professional negligence, IPR, tax, franchising, insurance, and director disputes.
